What is Rebel Etiquette's Return Policy?

Rebel Etiquette will gladly accepts returns within 12 days from receiving your order. Please submit a return request to info@rebeletiquette.com for the appropriate return authorization number to be issued. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags to be eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit. All sale, discounted, special promo, special order are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. If an item comes back with signs of wear, missing tags or missing the appropriate return paperwork and RA# we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases.

All returns must meet the following requirements.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 12 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Have an appropriate Return Authorization number on return form

    If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.     How should I send back my return?

    1. Securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable package) you have received your item.
    2. Enclose your completed RETURN FORM with RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
    3. Return order back no later than 12 days from original delivery date to the below address:

      Refunds & Processing Time

      If your package arrives at Rebel Etiquette Returns Department within the 10-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Rebel Etiquette..

      If your order returns to Rebel Etiquette as refused, please note there will be a 20% re-stocking charge to your order.
